If you do something for which you need something, set a limit to your needs with that object. If you cannot do what you want to do with that thing, do not buy it.

For example, if you are a customer of Coinbase and want to trade NFT, do not buy an Apple product for it because Coinbase NFT has recently been deactivated at Apple.

Similarly, if you want to do any necessary work on the computer but do not want to use it for graphics-related work or gaming, then you do not need to spend money on graphics cards.

Spend on what you need. There is a difference between wants and need. You might want something but it does not mean you need it. Meaning you can actually do without it. Instead of trying to look good to please others, simply focus on what you need and make yourself happy.
