Plan your wardrobe To Save on Clothing

Postby Yugocean » 14 Dec 2022, 08:18

You will have a lot of clothes, and you will also buy new clothes. and must be making space by selling or donating old clothes. But if you plan your wardrobe for savings, you can secure your clothing budget.

I looked through all the shirts in my closet and found that there were 30 shirts that were meant to be worn outside. I put them on a schedule (one for each day). It was used for a day, and then after washing, it was kept separately in the cupboard so that I would not break my shirt schedule even by mistake. Since we have to go to the workplace only five days a week (there are other leaves and holidays too), I used the schedule for more than a month. After that, the same schedule was followed again, starting with the first shirt.

In the long run, only using and washing the shirt once will extend its life. Also, unless a shirt becomes unfit to wear outside, there is no need to buy a new one.

Speak of the devil...

I always wear my roommate's hand-me-down leggings. Yes, I am grateful but rather embarrassing. People always ask, "I like your leggings! Where did you get them?"

I grew up wearing blue jeans, mostly Jordache. I was tiny.

But, I grew up.

A couple of weeks ago, I was browsing Poshmark.com. A seller made an offer of $67.00 with $8.00 shipping and tax for 5 pairs of blue jeans together. I made a counteroffer of $40.00! The seller accepted!

What do I do with my roommate's leggings? If I attempt to return them to her, she most likely is going to tell me to throw the leggings away, knowing I would never do such a thing.

uuugh

By the way, the jeans are sooooo cute!

I also have plans to wear certain clothes in the future because I have so many clothes that I have never worn. In terms of buying new clothes, I limit it to once every three months, but if I don't really need to buy one, I will not buy anything.

I sometimes find it difficult to schedule which clothes to wear in the future, because I feel myself getting bigger and bigger, so there are lots of clothes in my wardrobe that I can't wear anymore. So sometimes I give it to my brother, whom I feel can still use it. I rarely buy new clothes, only when I need them do I buy them.

You have to make some schedule to save your clothes, if they are not fit for you, then try other ways, but even if you have to buy new clothes, make a schedule.

I have scheduled my weekly outfit, so I have never been confused about which clothes to wear; if there are clothes that are not enough, I will give them to relatives or people in need, and to buy new clothes, it seems that in one year I only buy once.

I recently bought 5 new pairs of blue jeans...

My 14P are too small. So, I bought 16P. Now the 16P are too big.

14P too small. 16P too big.

What am I suppose to do?

I bought them online and cannot return.

I sorted through all of my clothes in my closet and arranged them as a schedule per day. I will put it separately in the closet after I've worn it for a day so I won't disrupt my shirt schedule by wearing the same clothes again.

I don't really know what I'll wear for everyday clothes and I don't have time to prepare for the schedule, so I just wear what is available in my wardrobe. I only buy new clothes about twice a year and usually I give out my unused clothes to everybody who needs them.

I usually plan my wardrobe because I have a uniform to wear to work. It makes me buy new clothes less frequently because I don't need them every day. I only buy new clothes if I need to or if I want to because they have great fashion style.
