Watch live show program on TV instead of going to a show

Postby Yugocean » 20 Jan 2023, 04:12

Whenever there is a big event, like a sporting event, people go to the venue to see it. Leave it to the rich people; you can watch it on your TV.

Expenses for the show at the venue
event ticket (including taxes, etc.)
Commuting expenses (gas for your car or transport fare)
parking charge for your vehicle or time spent waiting for public transport.

You save all these expenses by sitting at home.

It's actually much better to watch any big event on Television. It's convenient, you can hear the commentators entertaining you during the whole event, and you get good camera angles for a nice view. Big entertainment events are becoming very expensive to attend. Not only the tickets are high, parking can be very expensive too.

I disagree.

I don't go to sports-games often, but--when I do--it's not "to watch the game." Rather, it's 'to BE AT the game (usually with friends & family who are fans of the players on one-or-both of the teams playing).

That way, I can tell my 'grandchildren' (or whatever you call 'young people who regard you as a grandfather-figure') that "you were there" when this generation's "Babe Ruth" or "Tom Brady" or "Michael Jordan" or "Andre Agassi" or "Pele" 'kicked his batted pigskin racket through the touchdown hoop' or something.

fourth girl in the video is Raj's ex-girlfriend.

If you are talking about social life, then there are many things, many other ways.
You also need money to rise your grandchildren and have saving in your oldage.

It depends on the show, there are some tv shows here (mainly talk shows) that pay people to sit there, be the public, clap hands, and so on... in this case, it can be an extra income.

Sure you can watch it with them especially if you use a laptop than a phone.

Even when live football matches are being hosted in my state, when I don't have money, I rather watch at home than having to borrow.n

I understand that it is thrilling to watch an event live. But if tickets are rather expensive, you can as well watch at home.

So that is a great money saving tip. l have been applying that one, for instance l normally watch the presidential functions instead of going to the international venues.

Staying indoors would help you save your money. Just get your food and buy fuel to watch the live shows. Money would be saved that way.

I only attend live shows that are amazingly cheap or altogether free. I can't spend more than $3 for a show gate pass.
