Deep Freeze To Save Money

Postby JASPREET » 06 Feb 2023, 07:26

There are so many pantry Items that we can deep freeze and can use that for a longer duration so we need to do that and its important because if you have a nuclear family even then you cannot buy pantry items in small lots as this way they are quite expensive so you can easily deep freeze the pantry items and even most of the veggies and bread to eat on a later that before they get spoiled completely and this way you can certainly save money. <3

Once cooked, cannot freezed, only raw food is good to freeze. If you freeze cooked food, it will destroy nutrition when you heat it (never do this twice).

Cooked food is kept in fridge to keep it last long but rightly kill the nutrition

We don't accidentally freeze cooked food, unless there are leftovers that haven't been used up that day, I'll pop them in the fridge, and reheat them the next day and eat them again.

I usually freeze cakes, especially when we have a party (birthday, christmas, easter...) and there are some cakes. As we don't need to heat them, it is okay to freeze them.
