Many ladies/females do like to buy so much of makeup stuff and we all know how expensive it is and is a reality that too much makeup won't help you look good so better to buy the basic things and save money and use the money for the things that are most important.

I wear make-up, in a daily basis I wear foundation, blush, mascara, and lipstick but if I attend a ceremony I also add eye shadows, eye pencil, and illuminator. I know I spend some money on these little things but they are also a necessity for me.

When I was working full time, I need to meet a lot of clients. I wore makeup to make myself look better. I am semi-retired now. No need to go to office. I communicate with my clients via email or Telegram. I don't wear make up when going out for shopping. I just wear make up on special occasions such as attending a wedding or party.

I buy make-up from Dollar Tree! Just as good as department store make-up.

Also, I did post a useful suggestion in my comment. I mentioned that people could take their empty makeup/cosmetic containers to Lush or MAC and get either free items or credit towards purchasing new items. Not sure why that earned me a thumbs down.

It's centuries I stopped to buy make-up. In its place, I buy the cheaper and healthier loose clays (white, pink and red), plus a white edible mineral powder called dolomite, this latter also cheap and very healthy. I love the effect of these clays and the dolomite on my face and eyes area. I spare lot of money and meanwhile I use very healthy make-up

I need make up, a mild one and a simple one to make me look presentable at work. When I look presentable, my reputation will go up and I look professional, which is always required in the line of my job. I think it is normal for ladies to buy make up. Some really can't live without and rely their beauty for it, but me I don't have that kind of beauty even when I do my make up. I just need it for requirements at work.I only have makeups that I can afford, like blush-on, spf lotion, eye brow marker and some powder. I don't use much as I don't know how to use it properly. I want to keep it simple but will look presentable. I need makeup for work.

I don't wear make up because I am not interested in it. Moreover, I have a very sensitive skin and many of them don't suit me. But many women love to wear them and it makes them feel good and confident. I think we all can manage a bit of spending on things that makes us feel good. Anyway, people will prioritise their things in life and make their budget plan accordingly.

I do not support makeup, most are chemical made and are not good for skin. Natural beauty don't need them. But I support natural made products that is also a good tip to earn money.

It would be a personal choice to wear make up or not. Can't stop someone from buying it. Rather I would say that if you are buying, go for a good quality expensive ones. Not only they would last long but also keep your skin good and save you from visiting dermatologists. Cheap ones with chemicals are not good. The expensive ones preferably the natural ones are good and save money in long run.

Cheap make-up has many chemicals and preservatives like parabens that can affect our endocrinal system, I don't buy too much make-up but when I do I prefer to pay a little more for more quality products. I have noticed that sometimes even more expensive ones are full of chemicals and preservatives, it is better to check the list of ingredients before buying it.
