Entertainment is a necessary means, and people involved in it become celebrities. You might like them, but don't let yourself become involved in any of their disputes.

For example, I have interacted with some movie lovers who are going to the theatres again and again to watch the movie of their favourite star, only to make it the biggest hit. I explained to him that the film is only for entertainment and not to waste money, but the fans of the actor did not understand it because the opponents of that actor were repeatedly saying on social media that the film flopped.

Actors and films are not a part of anyone's life, you will save money by avoiding getting caught in the competition of their disputes.

I think there are people who are like that, that are very willing to spend money for their favorite celebrities. What they get in return, pure entertainment and happiness on my part. I belong to this people, but I only have a certain budget for that as my priorities are my needs and my family. Also, I am saving money separately, one is for pleasure and one is for emergency. If I will support my favorite celebrities or Kpop, I make sure that I had done my responsibilities first, however, those things are what I look forward in life as it makes me happy indeed, but I don't depend my happiness alone on something I could spend money a lot.

This is about the die hard fans they are just obsessed with their idols and nothing you would say would make sense to them. Money must he spent to them.

It has happened to one of the recent releases of a big superstar in India. The movie got into controversy for some stupid reasons and that got some negative promotion too. It actually worked in favour of the movie. There was a stupid call for boycott of the movie but the fanbase made sure that the movie is a big hit. The movie might be one of the worst made movies in the history of Cinema but is a block buster. Ut didn't run for too long in theatres as a good movie would. But then all the negative propaganda and aggressive ticket buying from the fans made it a hit. The story, direction, acting... nothing was deserving a hit. The movie actually is like a headless chicken.

It is natural to have favorite movie stars but no need to spend money unnecessarily on helping them fill theaters.

For many people, the celebrities are (and the fans would probably never put it this way) 'their imaginary friends.' And the only way they can be 'a real imaginary friend' is if you go & see the movies they're putting out.

About 'people saying the movies are flops'---it's like when people can clearly see that your spouse is wrong for you, even though you understand them & they understand you better than anyone else. When fans watch the movie, they turn the critical side of their minds off and just get to spend time with the group of imaginary friends in the production.

Meanwhile, movie-critics are trained to keep their critical minds on whether they like the imaginary friends or not

Support them by liking them and watching their movie and no need to make a big hole in your pocket to make their movies a hit

This is so me I just watch the movies I love and that ends there no dispute at all for me
