Hiring a nanny can be very expensive depending on where you are but you can still enjoy a nanny service and still save money if you adopt a nanny share. This is about an arrangement where two or more families employ the same nanny for care for their kids. If you are in the same compound with other families with little kids you all can get an experienced nanny to care for the kids around.

So by sharing the nanny, you all split the cost of the salary and you would have save some money if you were to pay the whole salary alone especially if it just a child that is involved.

I am not sure if the nanny will agree on this matter. Although it is necessary to hire them, especially for those biological parents need to work during the daytime. Nannies from agencies are far safer to hire than those who were being referred by others.

Nannies are very expensive in my country, most families put babies in nurseries with educators, it is not the best option but it is affordable and if they go for government nurseries it is free for most families.
I was lucky as my mom took care of my babies while they couldn't go to kindergarten at age 3. Nannies or nurseries weren't necessary for me.

My aunt is doing it with her flat mates and it is working for them . There's no big deal about this
