Don't throw away Your Kitchen Waste

Postby JASPREET » 03 Mar 2023, 07:53

If you have a Garden and pots with plants you don't need to buy manure from the market and can prepare homemade manure with the help of kitchen waste like peels of different vegetables and fruits and can keep these in a container or drum which can be covered property and just keep adding the kitchen waste and also add shredded leaves and mix it every 2-3 days so that it can get the required oxygen and your homemade manure will be ready in 40-45 days. <3

This is a good DIY that can be done in household residents with gardens. I also do the same thing if we have veggies or fruits that were about to rot or the peeled pulps of these foods. We need to have our own ways to make our garden beautified naturally.

If kitchen waste can be used then it'll be the best way to dispose it.

I put my 'kitchen waste' (the natural stuff, not the paper or plastic or processed food) in a compost bin by my sink. The compost bucket has a lid with a filter in it (so that flies-etc. don't sense it sitting there).

I agree with you in this. I surely have known it and I would take it to practice soon.

Peels of banana and other veggies are nutritious and help the plant to grow.
