I am sorry but that isn't a good idea, if you want to save on toilet paper, it is better to wash it than use old newspapers or magazines that are full of chemicals.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it's not for me personally. I think people may have done that in the olden times when money was extremely tight. Now money is still tight but toilet rolls are affordable enough NOT to break the bank. I particularly like the cushioned, 4 ply, baby soft ones

We don't provide tissue in the toilet, we just clean ourselves using water. And always wash your hands with soap afterwards, we only provide small towels there, and wash them periodically. I think this way will save more money.

Well, I don't always use toilet rolls or even papers , I prefer using water to wash my asshole, since water is always going smooth than using a toilet roll which may lead to having pieces of that in there
