Second-hand stores aren't very popular here, I think in my city there are only two. On the other hand, there are apps that sell exclusively second-hand items and they seem to be doing pretty well. I have already bought some second-hand items, it worked very well and I saved some money.

The only change I would advocate for, is that Thrift Stores would start accepting Bitcoin for payment.
