We throw away old toothbrush after we cannot use to brush our teeth but these can be used after that too for cleaning of our house, kitchen, and the places where we cannot clean with our hands. We can even change its shape by heating it with a candle and moving it to our desired location and this way we will save money.

Yes, we often do that. Using an old toothbrush to wash/clean the gaps in the engine, clean the stove, etc.

Dear Fergal, I make another use of old toothbrushes (like friend @Vehlijanta, I don't throw them away): there is my washing-machine filter, impossible to get properly clean without using a brush that results very tiny (at least, it works to clean the filters we find in the kind of washing-machines sold in my country: they are in plastic, so no danger to scratch).

I use them for cleaning hard to reach areas, like the grooves in the dish drainer in my kitchen. I've also used them to paint with. You can put paint in the tooth brush, then run your thumb across the bristles splatter the paint. It creates and interesting spray effect.
