My devices are all A++ category, they are efficient and save electricity besides that we have the habit of turning off the lights when we leave a space and switching off the devices if we are not using them. We never let devices in standby mode.

Saving habit will make you save automatically, people actually need to make saving as habit.

Often we do not turn off the main power switches of our ACs, TVs and that incurs Power costs.
Plus we can regulate the temperature of AC, switch off fans when not needed.
Also, it would be a good idea to buy new devices from shops or brands which are renowned and hence more durable.

For me I don't see the essence of buying more expensive gargets that use the same electricity to save electricity. For me I see that the difference is the same. As in you can save the money for buying the electric saving gargets to pay the electricity bill with.

To save electricity I only use energy efficient electronic devices. Turn off electronic devices when not in use. Use natural light during the day. Turn off the light when sleeping. etc.

This is the era of smart devices. These devices have been optimized to perform at minimal electricity consumption. My PC now requires less than 8 volts to run.
