In my case, credit cards result very helpful to help me to save money. I can see each single purchase in my banks apps, so I know exactly the spent amount (different from debit cards). In addition, the possibility to pay for the goods up to 30 days later means the interests of savings and other investment to continue their increasing, as I don't spend those money immediately. In few words, invested money earn additional time they wouldn't have with a debit card.
