I believe when you cook in bulk like this that can last for a long time. some people do like taking their food in a fresh state with it's flavor still retained and putting foods in the refrigerator for long may cause a loss of flavor.Nsikan wrote:I am still yet to grasp the concept of long lasting dishes. I thought you are supposed to refrigerate it.
