Some business owners do give more discounts to their repeated customers. I have personally benefited from this act. I keep buying a product or item from a store when needed and I most times get a cheaper rate as I'm being recognized by the store for always buying from them. This help me save money. You are right about this , they'll always want to open up to you and give discount provided you have been dealing with them for long, some will even go as far as telling you the amount they got the item they are about to sell to you.

Yeah I personally have experienced this some of the stores I request. yoi are more compensated than just a one time customer.

Here some stores give us a customer card that gives us some benefits (like discounts, free stuff, and free shipping if order online, early access to sales ...) if we keep shopping with them.

Yes it is the truth. Some companies don't joke with their repeated customers they reward you heavily for your patronages

This works fine for me too, once you are being known to be a regular customer then you enjoy benefits others don't enjoy, you get discounts and even sometimes you may get to buy things on credit.
