If you have a business and you send any of your team for its development or expansion, then there should be ways to save on its cost.
If you give them all the facilities (best transportation, luxurious hotels, etc.), then the employee cost will be high. If you set an expenditure limit to prevent over-expenditure, then the employees may become dissatisfied. Therefore, a middle path has to be adopted.
You will need to have agreements in advance with the other businesses you will be using to send your team. Take discounts, etc., from them. Also, don't make it mandatory for very expensive hotels; instead of a 5-star hotel, a 3-star or any good budget hotel will also suffice. After the completion of the work, you can maintain the satisfaction of the employees by giving them bonuses and additional holidays.
