Keep Your Kids Away from Cola Drinks

Postby Vehlijanta » 09 May 2023, 01:43

Most of the times we have a soft corner for our kids that we let them have the cola drinks but these are expensive and bad for health so you need to make your kids aware of this aspect and keep them switched to healthier drinks like lemonade and save money.

You save the money for coke and you protect the child's health in time.

My kids don't drink Coke or sodas, it is a drink that is full of chemicals and sugar. It is a waste of money to buy it and it will only destroy their health.

I sat down to analyze the amount of sugar in Coca Cola. And I was astonished to know that it is basically sugar.

Is lemonade cheaper than cola where you live? They cost the same here.

I can relate with this though, simply because we want to make them happy, we tend to give them what they want, even when we know it is not good for them. While cutting off the cola would definitely help you save money, it would also help in protecting their healths.

Children can whine for these drinks. All you need to do is to replace it with natural fruit drinks for them.

Now we drink Lassi, Chaach (buttermilk), milkmangoshake, Lemonade, Coconut water. Nothing is cheap, but healthy.

I have been drinking Coca Cola (now Diet) my whole life and I am now 84 and doing fine and have no intention of stopping now. I don't believe there is anything harmfull contained in it and it is very refreshing.

I've been drinking Coek my whole life as well. My kids drink sodas too. But my sister-in-law would not give her kids carbonated beverages. My health is OK. Only one of my kids has a health problem but I can't say it's just because he drank soda. I think it's genetic. He is suffering from the same illness my dad had. I don't remember my dad ever drinking soda. He drank coffee and maybe a little wine. My son does drink sodas.

I refuse to endorse Coca-Cola. I had a very very bad experience with the drink years ago.

That's right I agree with you. I don't accustom children to soft drinks. Let them drink more water and occasionally drink tea or coffee as a distraction.
