I shop online for the cash back and I also shop using giftcards that I instantly purchase to get cashback on that end. it is a win win.

here in my place , we have a online store called Flipkart . its the only competitor to Amazon here in India . JioMart is rising but still relatively new . (Btw Flipkart used to be an Indian company , but it was bought by Walmart a few years ago )
Somethings are cheaper in Flipkart , somethings cheaper in Amazon , so yea depending on what am buying , I switch between these two
For grocery stuff I stick with JioMart , the deals are great

I love online shopping and would shop online more were it not for the extortionate customs fees. Local online platforms are only just emerging here, and the ones that exist are not really on my radar. I want to shop outside, mainly from the UK, Spain and Germany but have decided to stop because I have to pay 100% of the value of the order in customs taxes, which I feel strongly is ludicrous. I guess it's to discourage us from shopping abroad, yet local prices are overinflated

From my experience, buying online is even more expensive than buying offline. But online shopping has more guarantee of quality than offline.

I use the online stores too attimes especially when I need to get gadgets for use and especially at times promo is going on.
