Pasta easily multiplies and can serve the entire family easily. It is always a good choice when you want to save.

Not only in the US, here I always take advantage when the price of an item I consume regularly is low, from your list I always buy in bulk canned food, pet food, pasta, cleaning supplies and cheese. There are sometimes coupons that I can add, not in a certain product but in the final account of the supermarket.

From the list, I think it is Olive oil for me. Since I fry everyday, it makes perfect sense to bulk up on it.

I agree that Olive Oil is good! Every so often, the roommates buy 2 huge bottles of Olive Oil cooking spray for basically me since I I do most of the cooking. They buy from Sam's Club in the city.

However, lately, the roommates have been buying Butter cooking spray at the local Dollar Tree. Small and doesn't cook food very good.

You can ditch those canned foods and go organic to save money. Cocoyam and other organic foodstuffs are relatively cheaper.

I can consider myself a lucky one as I don't need to buy olive oil, my parents have many olive trees and we have our own olive oil. Olive oil is very expensive nowadays.

Olive oil is now an exclusive of the rich people. I go for groundnut pressed oil rather for my cooking.

Personally, I really do not like the taste of olive oil. However, I know that olive oil is better for me. Actually, I like canola. Do any of you like canola?

All these food Items are increasing almost on a weekly basis. If someone has money, he or she should stock up against Christmas season. It would become more expensive.

Olive oil is very healthy to the heart. Would make sense if we can stock it up. But it is very expensive.
