Hand Sanitizer 101 - How To Prepare

Postby Spontaneo » 19 Jan 2024, 03:14

I mostly buy my hand sanitizer at the local dollar tree. When researching this subject, I found that such hand sanitizer is not safe.

When the coronavirus began, and the shelves were empty, I had to prepare my own version of hand sanitizer. But, I have since forgotten how.

Below is the closest version of DIY hand sanitizer that I can find. No tea tree oil. no lavender, just simply 3 steps!

Keep those germs away! Keep hand sanitizer everywhere! Would you rather be sick?

Why are they not safe? What's wrong with them? Making your own sounds like it might be cheaper, or work if you can't get hold of store bought.

Most of the time I just wash my hands with soap and water, especially when I'm at home. I just keep hand sanitiser in my bag for when I'm out, in case I go to a public toilet that doesn't have soap or something.

What I was attempting to say is that certain stores carry hand sanitizer that is not good for our bodies and to save money by spending to prepare our own at home and save money.

For example, I usually buy my hand sanitizer at Dollar Tree for $1.25 a bottle. I have since learned the hand sanitizer is not good.

But what is not good about it? Is there a particular ingredient that is bad?
