I actually find it tough and quite demanding to try but I know people that are making this their part-time way or side gig to earn and are able to earn big through it.

So what they do is to either construct a new house but in most cases they buy already constructed house from a person, occupy for a few months and sell it off after a few months at profit and this profit is more than the yearly wages of a clerk so I think its a great option.

Yes prices are increasing all the time and this makes it a great investment option too
