But I suppose it's relative- I'm older than you so they don't seem old to me, though they are older than the players in their 20s. I agree that the scene isn't supposed to be sexy. It's setting up the characters- she has sex with him to persuade him to help her stay alive. I actually thought Mi-nyeo was a pretty cool character though. She told him she'd kill him if he betrayed her, then he did and she kept her promise.
In terms of nudity there were also the women hired to be living statues/furniture in the VIP room.
