Postby Netherrealmer » 11 Sep 2024, 01:02

This movie is Trump's biopic, It is a neutral perspective so it shows both his good and bad side. It has the same title to the reality show that made him famous.

Sebastian Stan will play Donald Trump and Maria Bakalova will play his ex wife Ivana Trump. Its set in the 80s. The movie reveals the origin story of the "Make America Great again". The movie focuses on Trump's relationship with his Mentor Roy Cohn. Trump is not that close to his dad so Cohn became his father figure. It reveals he have a hair transplant surgery and liposuction in the 80s. No politics since its set in the 80s.

I've watched the trailer and it looks very interesting. Is it going to a cinema release?

I'm intrigued, but I don't really want to pay to see it in a cinema. I'm not sure whether I'll be able to sit through it so I don't want to waste the money.

I saw this movie over the weekend and enjoyed it. Jeremy Strong is brilliant as Roy Cohn, that was the highlight of the movie for me and made it worth watching. It's not a face paced or very exciting movie, but a good and enjoyable story nonetheless.
