Well, since I grew up in the 50s and 60s, that was the music of my youth and of course I enjoyed it all.
However, over time I have vastly expanded my preferences. I have collected my own favorites over the years and have amassed a variety that includes music from around the 1600s to the late 1990s and at last count more than 30 unique genres and more than 100 countries.
My private play list can play non stop with no repeats for about 3 months even if played 24 hours a day. It goes way beyond the rock era. I never listen to radio or any subscription services. I play all my own favorites all the time. I only hear each tune maybe 2 to 3 times a year so I still enjoy the repeats as they come up.
