It depends. Are you telling AT&T specifically to record "Adam Ruins Everything episodes"? Or are you setting AT&T to record episodes at (for example) 10PM-11PM on TruTV channel?
If you set AT&T to specifically record "Adam Ruins Everything episodes" (regardless of the time it's aired) and AT&T records another show, then AT&T is at fault. If you set AT&T to specifically record episodes at "10PM-11PM on TruTV channel", then the show may not be Adam Ruins Everything. Even if it says so on the TV guide, networks can change their programming without prior announcements. In that case, it would not be neither AT&T nor TruTV's fault.
