Ghosts is about a man who got killed by his best friend because his bestfriend have the hots for his fiance. The Ghost will try to befriend a fake female psychic so he can solve the crime which is is his death.

What importance was 'gender' to the story anyway (except that 'hetero-' was the standard back then---and is still 'the majority' now, but ... do you think 'Swayze's role' might ALSO be played by a guy?)?

The Ghosts will be played by a woman, they are switching it up. He wants to make a gender swap of Splash too. Tom Hank's character will be a woman and Channing will be the Mermaid.
