Marvel Cinematic Universe just announced their Phase 5. These will be the upcoming superhero movies coming for phase 5.
Black Widow- A midquel to MCU, How did a cold hearted Russian spy became a Hero of America. A prequel of the whole MCU because she is dead in the current MCU. This is the origin of a villainous Russian who had a change of heart after seeing how great of a country America is. It is going to be R-18 due to violence. Scarlett Johansson will retain the role.
Shang Chi- Known as the greatest Martial artist, This Chinese superhero have no powers but he is so amazing at Martial Arts he can beat people with superpowers. Shang Chi master of Kung-fu! This superhero was created in the 1970's during Bruce lee's fame. So he was inspired from Bruce Lee. Shang-Chi will star Jackie Chan on his first villain role! They casted an unknown to play Shang-chi but Jackie Chan will be the villain!

Is about an ordinary Pakistani American Muslim girl who discovers she have super powers. She have strict parents who wants her to become a doctor. She doesn't get along with her super religious brother but she loves them. She have shape shifting superpowers and she have a nerdy and quirky personality. She is a huge fan girl of superheroes so whenever she meets one, she ask for an autograph and selfie. Most likely a comedic superhero movie. She is MCU's first Muslim Superhero.

All I know about them is that they are Gods and one of them will be played by Angelina Jolie.
Blade- Our favorite Vampire Superhero is back but sadly Wesley Snipes wont be playing him Anymore. Mahershala Ali will be taking over the iconic Vampire hero.
Fantastic 4- After the flop 2015 Fantastic 4 movie created by Fox, Marvel finally owns Fantastic 4 again

I am also excited about Blade, Mahershala Ali is an award winning actor and he was badass as a villain in Battle Angel, so I can see him pull off Blade.

Shang-Chi. I'm very interested on how they will tell his story. I would also like to see new style of combat. I hope this will surpass the fight scenes of Black Panther, Captain America, Black Widow. What techniques can Marvel offer with Shang-Chi. I hope the fight scenes will not be CGI.

I think Shang Chi will have CGI because he was recently updated to have the Kage-bunshin powers.

He will never have a solo movie because Hulk solo movie rights is owned by Universal and Universal does DC movies because Universal owns DC. So don't expect any solo Hulk movies. Mark Ruffalo's Hulk though will appear on She-Hulk tv series and other Disney Plus MCU shows.

None of the superheroes you have mentioned are my favorites, and I don't think I will ever them. Regarding the first Muslim superhero, there is a bit of contradiction, as her first name is Kamala, which is a Hindu name, and in Sanskrit, Kamala means lotus.

I don't think Blade will be so succesful. I think this is time of superheroes and he don't have chance against it. Probably it will be good movie and earn money but long term I don't think it will last. Who knows, maybe it start again era in which vampire theme movies will be popular?
