These romantic shows and movies have very messed up plots that even the most liberal Americans wont be able to stomach. I will just give you the summaries.
Forbidden love- if you are familiar with the song " first love" by Utada Hikaru, this show is the origin of that song.
About a 26 year old teacher who is not happy with her life. Everything will change when she meets her 17 year old student. Her original intention is to help a delinquent boy to change his life and be a better student but she ends up falling in love with him and eloping with him as the cops are chasing her for being a pedo. She ends up getting pregnant and have a coma after some cop chase.

The title explains everything. Yes they are biological siblings and yes it's an anime marketed for teen girls.

On his grandpa's burial, A single guy found out his grandpa have an illigitimate daughter. So he adopted the girl. She is his aunt/adopted daughter. He raised her as his daughter. So this show was about the struggles if a bachelor who becomes a single father. This show was good until the ending.....
The ending is so messed up.... When the girl grows up, she confesses love with her nephew/adoptive father and they got married.
Himitsu-
It is about a 38 year old woman and her 16 year old daughter who got on a bus accident. The mother died and the daughter's spirit got separated from her body. The mom possessed her daughter's body and told her husband and she is his wife. So this mom uses her daughter's body to seduce her husband . Look they are husband and wife but that is her daughter's body she is using as vessel.
Koi Kaze- A 27 year old man hasn't seen is baby sister since their parents divorced. When he saw her a 15 year old, He fell in love with her and they have a forbidden affair.
Oreimo- A teenage girl sabotages the lovelife of her brother because she wants to marry him.

Some really crazy works. In fact, a famous personality has some TV Serials on Star Network in India and the Programs have some very crazy plots. And they promote adultery and other things, which are very alien to the Indian culture. No, I am not a conservative, but I believe in certain values and no promoting adultery so openly is not acceptable to me, and nor is incest!

It is the reason why Korean dramas are more popular globally. They don't even show cousin incest in Korean dramas unless its historical.
