The Broccoli family, the owners of James Bond franchise, Are now open minded to have a non white guy to play James Bond but he must be British.

The actor must be British Citizen, American actors are automatically disqualified.

I totally agree. People were trying to push for Idris Elba. I'm sorry but that just isn't realistic. Of course, the argument to that is ... Duh! James Bond is fiction!

Here are some contenders. All of them Are British
Regé-Jean Page

He is the youngest actor in the list and maybe too young to play Bond but there is a huge fan following for him. Before Squid Game becomes a sensation, His show Bridgerton was Netflix's number 1 tv show. A Young Bond though means they can do more movies with him.

Tom Hiddleston

He played Loki in Thor movies. Taylor Swift wrote a song against him because he use to date her. He almost got the Bond role when Craig quits years ago but Craig changed his mind.

Henry Cavill

The current Superman, Pissed off with DC because he only have 1 solo movie. He Auditioned for the Bond Role. He have extensive experience with action movies. Have Martial arts and stunt training.

Dev Patel-

He have Indian parents but He is born and raised in England.

Known for movies like Slumdog Millionaire,Lion,Chappie and the Green Knight. Use to be Hollywood's go to Indian guy but he is playing white roles these days. They can use him for for Indian Box office.

Henry Goulding-


This British Malaysian actor became Hollywood's go to actor if they need an Asian guy for a romantic sexy lead. He is known for Crazy rich Asians, last Christmas and many more romance movie. He did a G.I Joe action film but it flopped because his fans prefers him in romance. There are also fans who think he will be a good Bond. His experience in action film though means he can play Bond.

Tom Hardy=

He is already one of Hollywood's go to Action stars. He have multiple box office hits like Venom, Venom There will be Carnage, Mad Max Fury Road,Inception and Dunkirk. He was also the Bane in the Batman Dark Knight movie. If he gets the James Bond role, he will be the first Openly Bisexual actor get the role. Tom Hardy is Bi but he is married to women and Mostly plays straight roles on movies.

Idris Elba-

for 10 years there are fans who had been badgering the Broccolis to make him Bond. He is open to play Bond if given a chance. He will be the oldest debuting Bond if he got the role. But Hey Daniel Craig is older than him now and Roger Moore played Bond upto when he was already on his 50s.

Daniel Craig was casted before as a mold breaker Bond. Bond is always been a pretty boy and always been brunette. Craig have a villainous face and is Blond. So they might experiment with the next actor.

If they will play Safe, Henry Cavill is the best one. He was good as Superman and Good as Geralt from Witcher.

Is Henry Cavill American? Because I'm not too keen on giving the role of James Bond to an American. I just don't think an American would do that role justice.

I know that sounds stupid. There are lots of British people who act as Americans. I mean ... look at the Homeland TV series. I know that at least 2 of the primary characters were from the UK.

Actors from the UK can play Americans and it works. But I just don't think it works the other way around.
