The next Wolverine

Postby Netherrealmer » 15 Jul 2022, 18:06

The Most Popular Canadian Superhero is going back in the big screen. Sadly a Canadian actor wont be playing him again. Welsh Actor Taron Egerton is the next Wolverine.

Image

He is known for playing Elton John in his Biopic. If you think he is not Masculine enough to play Logan, I need to remind you that Hugh Jackman is far more feminine in real life, he is a Broadway actor and still does Musicals.

Daniel Radcliff aka Harry Potter was in consideration too because Wolverine is short in comics. Hugh Jackman retired from playing Logan because of being diagnosed with Cancer and he wants to pursue Musicals again.

Canadian Actor Pablo Schreiber wanted to play Logan but he got cast as Master Chief instead. Keanu Reeves who is Canadian also want to play Wolverine, but MCU is not interested. Marvel decided to go with Egerton because he is young. They want an actor they can use for 20 years.

Reeves is definitely a legend already but I think getting a younger actor is a wise idea. Once he fits well or the first movie made success then the character will continue on the movie screen for a long time possible. Respect to Jackman though I think he did well portraying the Wolverine...

His face look Ok to be wolverine.. but he is going to need to grow his hair longer to make it pointy like Wolverine. But didn't Wolverine die? They are going to reboot X men? I would rather see an animated movie based on the 90s cartoon.

Fox MCU and MCU are separate Universe. MCU is made by actual Marvel Writers. FOX MCU (X-men and fantastic 4 movies) get too much liberties and has a lot of WTF changes. When MCU makes changes its for good.

They are going to reboot X-men because Fox, Isaac Perlmutter and that Rapist Ryan Singer ruined it so much. It will now be under the direction of people who are fans of the source material. They will now wear comics accurate costumes instead of those crappy leather casualwear. Wolverine will finally wear the yellow tights. Storm will finally be an actual African woman instead of a light skinned biracial woman. Cyclops will finally be a leader.

90s X-men cartoon will actually have a new Season.

Ok I ALWAYS hated the costumes in the old movies! the thing is the cartoon.. cards, and comics all had the yellow tights for wolveine... i do not know why fox did not keep him in yellow. I think it was those other idiots who changed it. I think that things are changing for the best if Wolverine will be in yellow! They need to keep ROuge and Jubilee should be in the new movies with the original costumes. And Gambit should have a solo movie... and there should be a lot more of gambit is original costume.. in the new movies.

ok i hate this Bryan guy! That is one of the things I did not like about the old X men movies. I was like where the hell are the costumes? I kept thinking maybe they will come out in part 2 and no. It was such a dissapointment. I really am happy they are bringing back yellow tights for Wolverine

I mean look how Brian Singer ruined Psylocke, first he turned her into a bland looking non speaking villain. Psylocke was never a Villain, she is a hero and a prominent member of X-men.

Image

In Age of Apocalypse her costume is finally comics accurate but she is still a non speaking villain. They turned her villain so Mystique who played by Jennifer Lawrence will be a hero.

Image

The road map for X-men to MCU is the following:

Wolverine will debut as a Villain for Hulk (in the comics he started as a Hulk Villain before joining X-men)

Gambit will have a solo movie.

Storm will debut in a Black Panther movie (she will be become his wife) It got canceled though because of the death of Chadwick Boseman.

Rogue will debut a villain to Captain Marvel ( she is strong in the x-men series because she got her powers from her) She also defeated Thor but the Fox movies gave her the Jubilee role.

Teen X-men members might become classmates of Spiderman and Ms. Marvel.

Gambit will have a solo movie.

Then we will have X-men movies that eventually leads to Avengers vs. X-men event.

X-men 1997 will also have a new Season

I do not want MCU X-men to wear black. Only Storm can wear black since she always wear it except the 90s cartoon where she wears silver.... Heck I want Silver Storm too.

No more Black outfits. X-men is not a Gothic group.

X-men movies are not part of the MCU, Its part of the Fox-MCU..... Those X-men movies disrespected the source material and bastardized the character. FOX-MCU is dead and Marvel owns X-men again. Fans wanted Comics accurate X-men for years. So Fox version of X-men's Logan being dead doesn't matter since Marvel will finally get to handle the characters the respect they deserve. Comics fans and cartoon fans hates the X-men movies.

This are some concept of Taron being Wolverine, I am just glad the yellow suit will finally make it in live action. Its much better than Casual wear Bryan Singer has been forcing.

No more black costumes! The costumes will be more comics accurate.

There are fans who are against Taron because they want Daniel "Harry Potter' Radcliff to be Wolverine because he is more comics accurate looking, a short muscular hairy guy. Wolverine is only 5'3 feet tall in the comics. Harry Potter has the right Physique and he is hairy as hell.
