Warner Bros became a hotmess company when they decided to merge with Discovery. Aquaman 2 might get canceled, Wonder Woman 3 is canceled, The Arrowverse in Ended and its all because the new creative of Dc comics movies James Gunn wants a complete reset. He kinda want to remove all the actors on their 40s.The first victim is Henry Cavill who quits his Hit Netflix Show The Witcher because he got promised to play Superman again. James Gunn wanted younger actors to play Superman,Batman, Wonder Woman and Flash. He also want complete background check so no more Amber Heards and Ezra millers.
He decided to fire Henry Cavill as Superman because he wants a Younger Clark Kent. He want a college age actor to play Superman. I guess he wants actors he can use for 20 years.
I think Gunn wants younger actors too because they are healthier. Remember the problem Marvel goes through with Black Panther because Chadwick Boseman died at age 42 because of cancer. He also do not want politics on the movies. The casting will be diverse but no character will be preaching about racism, feminist and woke stuff. James Gunn canceled Wonder Woman 3 because the script is political. He want Superhero movies to be all fun. No Moral preaching.
I feel bad for Henry Cavill, I hope Marvel gives him the role of Sentry or maybe Captain Britain. Cavill should would have been a cool James Bond.
