German hard rock veterans "Scorpions" have officially confirmed their return to India after an 18-year hiatus.
As part of their global "Coming Home" tour, the band has scheduled a four-city run in India across the country this April. This tour marks a significant milestone, celebrating nearly 60 years since the band’s formation.
The cities are Shillong : 21 Apr 26, Gurugram (HUDA Grounds) :24 Apr, Bengaluru : 26 Apr and Jio World Garden, Mumbai : Apr 30.
Vocalist Klaus Meine expressed immense excitement about reuniting with the Indian fanbase, noting that these concerts will be a "very special experience."
Industry experts view this large-scale production, promoted by "BookMyShow Live", as a testament to India's maturing live music infrastructure.
Now if you ask me if I want to go and watch this concert in live, my answer would be no.
There is too much rush and often a stampede like or mobbing like situation, even though there is a huge police presence.
