What's crazy for me is that I have this deep interest in Wendy's that I don't normally have. Lol. Ever since this thread and all that is being reported of her and these mad brands, I've gone crazy too. Now whenever I'm passing by a Wendy's there's this big unexplained grin on my face. Even last week, I went to the store and when I realized that I just passed PopTarts on the shelf I hurriedly back up to stare at it and show some respect. I have no doubt the sales of these two have gone up.

They aren't really being "mean"; it's more sarcastic and witty in tone and the people know it. People actually want them to reply whenever they tag them in Tweets. It's a badge of honor. Whoever runs these accounts should be given a raise. Most corporate social media accounts rarely interact with their audience like these two companies.

They are getting publicity with their content even if what they are promoting may not be likable to everyone because of how they interact with their audience and how it appeals to them.
