At least once in our life, we accidentally ate one of these critters. Wow they are super ugly. The face of an ant is a nightmare fuel. I am glad that ants are small.

But even we don't like ants, even less spiders, everybody likes SpiderMan and Ant-Man.

I think a Tarantula is much scarier and then you step back and see those long hairy legs to really get freaked out.

Don't know where you acquired that image, but that is certainly NOT any ant that I have ever seen. It is not even close to the real thing. Someone is either presenting a fictional fantasy image or they are just pulling your leg. Either way, you are spreading false information.

This is a more accurate picture of a real ant. There is a wide variety of species, but all that I have ever seen are like this, not even close to the image you have displayed.

Your image does not display the actual eyes, mandibles or even antennae. It is a distorted view of little more than what could be compared to the nose and mouth leaving a false impression. The red "eyes" displayed in your image are not the eyes, but part of the "nose" at the end of the antennae. It appears to be an intentionally false image.

That is an older technology with limited capabilities. This new picture is taken with more accurate and crystal clear camera. All news platforms posted this already so its not fake news.
