A really nice fitness and nutrition website where I have logged in for over 1,000 days!

I used the MyFitnessPal app for a short time a few years ago to keep track of calories. I don't track calories now, but it would be a very usefull app for anyone who wants to do that.

Thank you. I like to make sure that I don't go over my calorie and sodum limits. Sodium can be very sneaky.

Under sodium you think carbonated drinks like Coca Cola?

I do not personally recommend drinking Coca Cola.

I’ve stuck with MyFitnessPal for over a thousand days because it makes logging calories and sneaky sodium easy. Pairing it with regular movement helps keep the numbers in check, so I jump on a large trampoline a few times a week for cardio and fun. It’s a simple combo that keeps my diet and activity balanced.
