I Do not want to break the book attraction of sale so I can't mention section in détails but will email you by private section otherwise no one will purchase books. Generally tips are helpful but it miss AI generated picture example to let book more attractive for visual part.

You could make it a series like add 52 more tips every five years and 2 months

That could be a little goal for you start journaling

Then name it:

52 Life Tips, 5 Years Laters and 2 months.
