Terms of Loan Service
By requesting a loan in FC, you agree to pay back the original sum, plus the initial fee. If you are unsure how long it will take you to build up your ForumCoin balance to repay the loan, you do not need the loan.

You agree that by requesting this loan, you cannot use it to solely withdraw your loaned amount, through Fergal's Official ForumCoin Payment Thread. Doing so, will violate the Terms of Service for receiving the above loan, and will have your account reported.

You agree that by requesting a FC Loan, you will use it in the various Shop Offers, in the ForumCoin Exchanges Board, or for one of the account upgrades or advertising options available to purchase here at ForumCoin. You can also use this loan to cover shop expenses you might have, if you have a shop thread open. If you have a shop thread open, feel free to negotiate privately with me through PMs, to negotiate a payment plan.

Failure to use the loan for the above services, and failure to repay back the loan within 2 months of the loan, will get your account reported for scamming.

Wow this is revolutionary,this is the step in the right direction.I will bookmark this thread so as to get to understand more.Plus the amount is too minimal.I believe once CREDIBILITY is established then this amount can go upto $50 even upto $500 more especially to quality people with all the much necessary prowess to meet the minimum requirements.

This quoted sentence, states the word "solely", which means that it would be quite literally the only thing you do, in relation to getting the loan. I'd be willing to give out a loan of FC to someone who wants to withdraw their FC, but the sole source of the FC you withdraw, must NOT be directly from me. This means, you cannot request the $5 worth of FC from me, then withdraw. If you had some FC in your account, and you just want to get topped off on the minimum withdraw amount, feel free to do so on the 100-200 FC quantities.

Remember boys and girls, I do charge fees if you do not pay back quick enough.

I have lowered the fees from the very high fee rate I had for loans, which didn't make sense at the time to be at such a high fee rate for such a short waiting period. It is now 75 FC per day late, after the two week payback period, between day 15 and day 30. And then from Day 31 onward, the fee is 125 FC per day. I also removed the odd first 14 day fee period that I included, that didn't make sense for a 2 week payback period. So yes, it is now fee free outside of the initial fee added to it, if you pay it back within 14 days (2 weeks).

I have also updated it to include paying back the loan in RIF Cash (Referral Index Forum's Cash) if you are a member there, and you can't get the full loan earned back by 14 days, from posting or exchanging here for it. Included with the payback options, is that it is linked to the donation pages for both here and on RIF, with my account attached to the link. So if you click on it, it automatically fills in my name for the donation field.
