I never really worried abut my heart as I have always been strong and healthy but my dad had a pacemaker and in May this year I began to get frequent heart palpitations. I was told I had an ectopic heartbeat and that it wasn't serious. I would just have to learn to live with it.
However it did make me think about things I had never really thought about before. I read your link with interest as I think we all need to know how to deal with a heart attack and recognise the signs in advance either for ourselves or for others.
