I like all the seasonal fruits ! But then I invariably like to have an apple or at least a half of it, as I firmly believe that 'An apple a day keeps the doctor away!' How about you - Which fruit yu have on regular basis?

I like Apple the most. Next comes the Jackfruit. I do like Mangoes but cant consume them due to seasonal allergies. I also like grapes.

I like berries, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries but I eat a lot of bananas too as long as they are firm. If they start to go a bit mushy I sometimes make a banana cake.

Yes, bananas are good source of energy and also good source pf Potassium. Having a banana on regular basis not only affordable but it is nutritious too!

Sweet pineapple is my favorite. Our place is near a pineapple producing province so we have an abundance of this fruit.

Oh! It's a tough question for me. I love fruits and all kinds of fruits. I can live on only fruits for days together.
But if I have to choose one and only one, it would be mangoes, the king of fruits.

I love mangoes too but when I have cough I control my craving because it irritates my throat.
