Yes, because having exact sleep can give you a younger looking skin because our cells have time to regenerate and repair all the tissues that have been damage.
I love sleeping but sometimes go through phases of insomnia. But when I do sleep, it's one of my favourite things to do because I always feel so refreshed and energised whenI've had a good night's sleep. Sleep does have healing properties, after all
I really do And I also take a nap every day, usually its when Im in my recliner, ready to watch tv, and my dogs decide to jump in my lap, then I get warm and pretty soon were all snoozing
I do like sleeping but then I don't want to waste time sleeping too much. Obviously, we need to sleep to rest and let the body regenerate as well as to avoid extreme exhaustion and burning out. I just wish we had more hours in the day so I could do a lot more things. I always feel as if I'm rushing around trying to fit everything in
i have some time in my life that 5 or 6 hours was the best, but now i go deep into 12 some times, its bad but if do less i feel strange and tired, i think i need to go back to 5 and 6 but i can find a way
I super love sleeping. If I am not working,I am either sleeping or eating. I even take a nap after taking my lunch at work, that is why my belly fats is growing fast. Sleeping gives me relaxation and it refreshes my brain.
