Why don't you visit your physician and get the medication for the ailment! Neglecting these things can lead to weight loss and other things that may make you weak!

Today was raagi( millete) roti with mixed vegetable and green chutney for breakfast. I chose a heavy breakfast so that it keeps everyone full for long. I had work from 9 to 1 as it was the first day back to school after vacation. Work for teachers started today while students will join from coming week.

Today it was potatoes masala sandwich with green mango and mint chutney. I made the masala for stuffing in paratha but ran out of time as my work starts early at 8:30. So we ended up stuffing it in sandwich

I had an English muffin and some coffee. I need to make some more breakfast foods for the freezer today, like breakfast burritos. They're nice to grab in the morning when I'm getting ready for work.

I had scrambled egg and dried fish with steamed rice. A mug of hot coffee is an essential part of my breakfast.

I second the coffee, it is an important part of my morning, too.
Apart from the coffee I just had some biscuits because I slept a little later than I should have and didn't have much time to eat.
