im off budget so my dinner is just 2 pieces of egg!! i will made it as a omelet. too bad no other ingrediets like cheese and bell pepper . to make it taste better . so thats it i dont have money right now. so only 2 eggs

For dinner tonight, I had 2 tuna melts with chips. Delicious and frugal. I did want fried zucchini, but had forgotten until a little while ago.

My roommate prepared mac n cheese. I had really wanted a sandwich, but did not want to disappoint her.

My roommate wants candied kielbasa for dinner. I taught her how, but she rathers when I prepare myself.

All you do is cut up kielbasa into coin-size pieces, place in a Crock-Pot, then pour grape jelly and BBQ sauce over the kielbasa. Mix.

Cook on HIGH for 3 1/2 hours.

Tonight my last lesson ends at 9pm, so I made some braised short beef ribs last night with this in mind. I made enough for two sittings, so tonight we're having them with a small side of sweet potato fries.

Tonight we're having spaghetti bolognese - made by my husband He's not a fantastic cook but he has 2-3 signature dishes, and this is one of them!

Well, I spent the whole day slaving in the kitchen. We have family visiting for dinner so I had to go all out. I am really not a fan of cooking but since I live alone. So I made meshed potatoes, coslow, pumpkins, baked stuffed chicken, gravy and fried rice. For desert I made home made ice cream,and cheese cake. I really hope they love what I made. Me and pots are really not friends
