Here in Lisbon we are having a very very hot weather, more than 30 degrees Celsius. Two nights ago we had a mega thunderstorm. Because of the heat some wild animals are having troubles, so this week I end up with a baby bird who was very thirsty and almost died on the street. Now he is at my home, I have to feed him and I intend to release him in the wild as soon as possible.

A Category 1 hurricane called Hanna has struck the Texas coastline. However, I live in Austin, Texas which is landlocked and we are not feeling the effects of it all. I was kind of hoping to get some rain. But nope!
