I just had a little Ashwagandha mixed with milk as I've heard it's a good natural pain reliever. I've been having horrible pain in my hands which refuses to go away. I think it could be arthritis or something similar.

I think I've thrown the bottle away, so I can't remember, sorry. It was a rosé. It's a bit cheaper than regular wine.
