I had pizza, cheese curls and potato chips for lunch. Then, to drink, (obviously I was thirsty) I had an iced tea, diet Coke and a coffee!
I need to think about dinner! Oh gosh... What should I throw together? Egg salad? Tuna salad? Air fryer potato wedges? Ramen?

Guess what I ended up preparing?
A burger and fries in the air fryer!
I had some Italian bread.
Then, while the burger and fries were cooking in the air fryer, I ate some Good Health organic cheese fries hot & spicy.
I drank a water.
I am way over my calorie limit for today.
