Today, I found a box containing Colombian coffee K-cups and another box of Caramel Creme coffee K-cups that I had hidden for safekeeping!

Yes, in the last one month, I have replaced my evening tea with coffee.

Yesterday, I had 2 cups of McCafe and got a splitting headache. Maybe because of being ground coffee? I am used to K-Cups

Coud be. Ground coffee can hit harder than K-Cups, specially if you're not used to it. Maybe try a smaller cup next time and see how it goes.

Yes. Daily three cups! It is always the decoction (filter) coffee for me .

McCafe is evil. The drink really does give myself headaches.

To prove it, today I had Swiss Colony Holiday Blend Christmas coffee which was so so so good! No headache at all!

I used sugar and cream too!

Todays two coffes were enough for me. Maybe even second had bigger affect than usual.

Since I quit having sweet tea, I even decreased my amount of coffee. I think I might start having iced coffee and coffee more often. I mostly have water with water enhancer and sugar-free homemade Arnold Palmer.

This morning, I had a very very bad fall. Right now, I need a few cups of good coffee. Should I have an iced coffee with French Vanilla creamer or should I have an iced coffee mixed with hot chocolate for an iced mocha? I use zero-calorie sweetener in both.

My roommate is doing the grocery shopping today. As I am almost out of coffee, she is grabbing some coffee. I requested no Maxwell House and no Folgers. What do you think that she is going to buy?

Last week, my roommate was accomplishing our grocery shopping. She arrived with some real treats!

Usually, K-Cups have to come out of my own pocket and cannot be bought with our grocery money as K-Cups are a luxury and not a necessity.

My roommate came home with K-Cups! (my roommate does not drink coffee)
