Probably a tortilla burger. We are out of bread. We do have some multi-grain, but I just cannot consume the taste anymore.

I might have a little mayonnaise and jalapeno with the tortilla. What do you think?

Update! The roommates are now home and brought 2 loaves of bread. I think that I am going to have the tortilla anyway!

As a mini-meal later on, I might have some cucumber with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper! Delicious!

In the future, I would like to prepare tea sandwiches... tiny cucumber sandwiches with butter or cream cheese or mayonnaise or sour cream!

One thing I miss from another site I used to use was the daily dinner thread, where people would post what they were having for dinner that night. It was fun seeing what everyone else was eating, and often gave me ideas for future menu planning. Did the site happen to be mylot by chance because we do it all the time there quite a few of us do.

We're having oven fried pork schnitzel with yellow rice and green beans. How about you?

For dinner, I prepared Crock-Pot chicken parmesan. One roommate said really good. I said delicious. The other roommate did nothing but complain.

I ate Biriyani, a rice cooked slowly with mutton and some aromatic spices. And I ate a fish fry too.

For dinner this evening, a roommate and I had garlic bread. I, myself, had a diet Arnold Palmer to go with garlic bread.

Even I had some left overs from lunch I took pizza.

Some kind of Taco Mac dish that tasted like macaroni & cheese. A roommate did not like the dish but I
thought that the dish tasted delicious!

I had a diet Coke to go with the meal!
