My last food for yesterday's night dinner was Parata with Potato & Tomato curry, we have not prepared the Patatas in the home they were brought from the mall and roasted them with light flame on tava.

I ate a salad!! whit chicken, cheese, carrot and tomato!! it was so gooddddd with iogurte souce!!

I made a lot of salads, and a lot of healthy food. every time i eat i have something green or orange in my plate!

A drink, french vanilla cappuccino. It is the Tim Hortons flavor. We can now buy Tim Hortons and McDonald hot beverage products in the store. Sometimes I get tired of coffee and like to mix it up a bit.

My last food that is today's breakfast is south Indian favorite food Idli with sambar, mostly Idli sambar with chutney available in all places of south India and south Indian run hotels all over the world. They called as the good food and easy to digest.
