Hehe not being funny but they are all pronounced differently LOL But of course different accents will influence how we say words.

Different accents would definitely have something to do with words sounding the same. A lot of words we say aren't the proper way too since people talk at different speeds and put emphasis on the wrong syllable. There is a place near me that is called Swartz Creek, but many people say Swartz Crick instead of drawing out the long e sound. Don't know why but that is just how some people speak.
