Today lunch is very simple, pumpkin ( Ghiya) vegetable, fried ginger and chappaties. Today I avoid curd because I am feeling little bit problem in my throat
My lunch always contains protein (some meat) and good carbohydrates(pasta, buckwheat, oats, etc.), vegetables (mostly tomatoes and cucumbers) and sometimes fruit which I can't usually eat because I am full by the time I get to this dessert so I consume it later.
